As Sr. Managing Director and Head of Insurance for HilltopSecurities Insurance, Mr. Kittredge has responsibility for the strategic direction and management of the insurance business’ sales, marketing, operations, and partnerships.

  • Joined HilltopSecurities in 2023 to lead the expansion of HilltopSecurities Insurance's scope and capabilities
  • Prior to Joining HilltopSecurities, Mr. Kittredge served with M Financial Group where he led the organization’s most critical strategic growth initiatives. During his tenure at M Financial Group, he served as President and CEO of the company’s Registered Investment Adviser and broker-dealer, and President of M Insurance Services
  • Previously held senior leadership positions within T. Rowe Price’s U.S. Intermediaries Marketing organization, Lincoln Financial Group’s Distribution business, and Cigna Corporation’s Life & Annuities Brokerage and Corporate Insurance Group
